We understand that life happens, so we have the following policies around payment, cancellation, and refunds:

Cancellation Anytime

You can cancel at any time and we will automatically credit your fees toward another LSP session we hold in the future. This credit applies only to sessions with Kristin Klassen, not other LSP trainers.

Cancellation 4 or more weeks before training

You can cancel up to 4 weeks before the session and receive a refund of your registration payment less 3% to cover our credit card processing and handling fees – you will receive 97% back. (We are not trying to make money on your cancellation – we are only subtracting the fees we’ve paid.) We can only refund to your original payment method – sorry, no exceptions.

Cancellation less than 4 weeks before training

There are no cash/credit refunds once the session start date is 4 weeks away – sorry, no exceptions.
